Wet tumbling idea

Don't know the chemistry, but I flooded suds out of the dishwasher when I tried Dawn. I'm thinking the pod would work if a mortor mixer was pressed into brass cleaning service.

I don't know chemistry either but I do know common sense. Here is a test for you all. Take your F.A.R.T. and put the normal amount of Dawn in and then fill it all the way up with water. Now run it. You will find no suds. Now do the exact same thing but only fill halfway with water. You will find after you run it will be half full of suds. Soap and air equals suds no air no suds.

So long story short.

It comes out clean, shiny and it smells good.
At least until it got dried in the oven for about half an hour.

It didn't foam that much as I expected and it didn't harm the brass either.

When I ever run out of dish detergent, this can be used as a substitute.
But as others already stated, it raises the costs significant.

End result: Does it work? Yes - Does it make sense? Definitely NO
