Want a new 9mm

Look at the HK VP9 before buying another 9mm. I think you'll find it's a better pistol than the M&P. JMHO

FNS-9

How about an FNS-9? I've really enjoyed shooting it, even better than a Glock 19. Reliable and affordable. Just not a ton of aftermarket stuff.

This one: M&P Range and Carry Kit?

I'd get the base model, and find your own holster. I think you'd come out ahead.
The Range & Carry Kit also comes with a 3rd magazine, a Kydex mag pouch, and an UpLula mag loader, which narrows the value difference somewhat. However, I'll admit that it's subjective, and depends largely on whether one likes the holster and mag pouch that come with the kit.

FWIW Cabela's sells a distributor exclusive version comes with a light brown ("FDE") frame and black slide, a color combination that's otherwise not available in 9mm. :)

Sig 2022

$399.00 at CDNN sports, comes with Sig holster.

CZ 75b is also a good choice.

Both get top marks for reliability and accuracy.

go for broke: HK P30

This is a good suggestion. The VP9 is also an awesome handgun.

Another excellent suggestion. Very affordable and an extremely underrated handgun.
