Walker Loading Lever Clip

Possibly...

I haven't fired mine enough with the clip to experience any rubbing or scratching.

The only thing I DO know is my loading lever will stay in place (without the clip) up to 40 gr of powder. Any amount above that and it will drop. I don't wish to alter the lever catch on my Walker.
