After much consternation and over thinking the issue, I referred to Dillon's Q&A section (didn't even know they had such a thing) and they said to use Schaeffer's Ultra Red Supreme Grease NLGI #1.
Even though in their video it's clearly not red.

Edited to add: They said to get the Schaeffer's #1. The only place I see #1 is on the Schaeffer's website and only in quantities of 30 tubes per case. $200.
I don't think I'd need that much grease to lube one reloading press, so I got the #2. The specs for #1 are identical to #2. Actually, it says "..description for #1 & #2."
What's the difference?
