UPS SUCKS!

Know exactly what you are saying. When I ordered my laptop in '97, company only shipped via UPS. Well, of course, I wasn't home on the first attempt. Called their 1-800 # and requested customer pick-up at the local station. Next day, another sticky--2nd delivery attempt failed--package will be returned to sender. Call 1-800-# again, was able to get # to local station. Call next morning, package is on the truck again!! They claim, hold message was never sent.

Got laptop, finally. Got call from local manager, apologizing. This occurred just after the strike of that year. Blamed it on that. I don't think so.

Moral--I will not order from a company that only ships via UPS.
