Universal Decapper?

I agree. Using dry media , clean brass , size & deprime at the same time with your die. I do feel its a good idea to use a uniformer on the primer pockets, you'll never have a primer seating problem using one.
 
The flash holes on some benchrest brass require a smaller decapping pin.

I used to be a big fan of Lee's decapper over RCBC for reliability.

Now I seem to use the Lee collet neck die for decapping before wet tumbling.

I like wet tumbling so much, I buy once fired brass I don't need.

That made me laugh. I like shooting so I can wet tumble my brass again. Makes them look like new. My basement smells like Dawn detergent & LineShine.
