Unholy Border Alliance

The police state propaganda is everywhere and it's getting worse all the time. It's almost to the point where you can't even turn on the t.v. or radio anymore. It's getting scary.

I have been witness to a slow loss of freedom over my 60+ years and it is
always put out to the people "for there protect", we have open borders
and then punish the American citizen because those entering our country
commit crime, strange.

Sad fact is the larger we grow in population the more laws go on the books
and the less freedom we will have, I honestly don't see a acceptable free
America for my grandchildren. :(

So, Europe is getting ready to bury us?

That's the same load of feces we all heard 20 years ago about the Japanese. Did I sleep through their takeover??? No, cause it never happened and this one ain't either. Western Europe is too concerned about losing its basic identity; within a century it will quite likely be an Islamic enclave if the current population statistics prevail. Add that to the regional danger that Russia poses and I think that were in a relatively safe position.

As for all of the other paranoid ravings that you espose as rational argument, I'll just consider the source.

PsychoSword,

I believe that animal tagging scheme extends beyond just "ranchers"; something like anything over a certain number of animals. It'll eventually affect anyone that keeps "livestock" regardless of whether they are part of a "commercial enterprize" or not. So those people that keep a few cows, goats whatever - self-sufficient farming types etc - will be reeled in.

I rented a house from farmer in the U.K. for a few years in the early 1990s. When I left he was telling me about all the paperwork he now had to fill out on every single animal he transported, anywhere, for any reason. If he took one animal to the vet - or even merely "from one field to another", he had all this paperwork to do.

The small farmers there have been slowly strangled there since the 1970s. Compliments of the mandated co-op dairy markets etc, the EEC (now the EU), and ever increasing regulation.

gburner,

The difference between what you heard about the Japanese 20 years ago, is yes, who you heard it from; it was all over WWF news. What you won't hear much about right now all over WWF news is the Pacific Rim "trade" bloc called APEC.

Take a good look at how much of the world share in economic trade and output currently and projected by APEC. Then look at where the money is going in the EU; an enormous amount is being invested in those former east bloc countries, who now are the Mexicos of the EU. Enormous cheap labor pool (including much semi-skilled and skilled); very little regulation and cheap property. The heaviest investing is going on in the EU and APEC right now. That is where the confidence and money is going. Even a few years ago confidence was already falling in our country as a good place to invest.

The dollar has not been this low in decades, and it is not likely to climb out. If EU and APEC countries continue ditching the USD and switching to euros it'll drop like a lead balloon.

The EU is going to bury us alright, and APEC will be kicking the soil in over us as well.

You seem to continually make blind assumptions about me, other forum members, the electorate amd the world in general. You assume that I get my information strictly from the media. This is false, but it fits into your sense of reality. You assume that I am naive, again false but why mess up your average. You assume that the citizens of this country are going to sit back on their haunches and let all of your doomsday conspiricies come to pass; a third time false. Because you dismiss us and underestimate us you fail to take into consideration that it all fails to work without us. Wise up. Put down the Robert Ludlum books, turn off the computer, leave your house and get out to meet some people...real people who live real lives. You'll likely find that we're not as gullable and easily taken in as the propaganda that you read has lead you to believe.

gburner, the contradictory nature of your last post is almost to the point of being laughable. I have always snickered at your posts because I have recognized alot of the rehashed coffee table book garbage, but at the same time considered what you had to say and responded in kind without personally attacking you. Don't expect to be taken seriously by me anymore until you get out of attack mode and back into think mode.

I don't read fiction. I rarely watch television. I know alot of people, and work amongst and in contact with alot of people - every day. From shall I say, very wealthy, to dirt poor. I've also been part way and half way around the world and back; for many years at a time. This has confirmed for me, among other things, what ancient historians recorded a long time ago.

Outside of racial differences (the physical), language, cultural trappings, established political structures etc - people are the same everywhere, when it comes to basic human nature and psychology. Watch and analyse a TV commercial made for a product aimed at the U.S. market, and the same product for say, India. This knowledge is not lost on people who are in the business of advertizing, and it has certainly not been lost on those who have been and are running the show, in Europe, Africa, Asia nor here in the Americas.

What has been done in Europa and elsewhere can similarly be done here. There is nothing "unique" about we Americans in the realm of the political science of deception and manipulation, and force. Sure, the United States has been a tougher nut to crack than most for a couple of practical reasons, but things are well underway all the same. The topic of this thread is but one example.

I do not share the view that anyone is going to "rise up" in this country and shrug off the oppressors for many reasons. But one, because many do not seem to realize who their oppressors actually are, and second is that these same people are much too smart to recklessly push the population at large into a state of open rebellion. At least not until they are assured of ample means to contain it. And they are indeed getting to the stage where they will have ample means.

In the meantime, they are quite content to devour any hopefuls piecemeal.

Well, I'll just have to immediately fall into lockstep with your worldview. Otherwise you'll shun me and I just don't think I could bear it. :(
I'll be sure to e-mail all of my thoughts to you so they can earn your approval prior to public posting.

A blind man can travel the world over and still won't see a thing; nor a deaf man hear. The drivel that you write is the same stuff that all propagandists say when attempting to sell the masses on the superiority of one system or another, whether it be Marxism, Nazism, Communism, Fascism or whatever other -ism is the cause du jour. None of those -isms ever made it around the curve. In large part, they are wreckage on the scrap-heap of history or morphed into some other system recognizing that the two -isms that endure are capitalism coupled with individualsm. Uncouple them and capitalism will fall by the wayside as well. Excuse me for keeping faith with the primacy of the individual; for insisting that he will prevail.

Matrix, what Matrix???? You mean I'm just a pawn, getting all of my info from a corrupted media, my life sucks and its only gonna get worse as powers beyond my humble ability to comprehend tighten their vice like grip on my puny existence and there's nothing that I can do about it???? Gimmie one good reason why I don't eat one for the home team! You don't read fiction, indeed...
'cause you're too busy writing it.

Many anti immigration groups, actually are white supremacist organisations

And many of these "groups" show signs of being handled.

Dont worry about terrorists coming in thru mexico. It is much easier and cheaper to come in thru Canada. Lot less hassle too

Actually; it is alot easier and cheaper through Mexico. Apart from other parts of the world, there is a significant and growing muslim population in South America. Mexico has a thoroughly corrupt third world government. Anyone wanting to buy their way around will have less trouble, and a readymade infrastructure of people and arms smuggling in place and operating in Mexico. They must be spoilt for choice there.

Canada on the other hand, is a civilized country and - albeit ruled by a socialist government - has as advanced and reliable an infrastructure as ours.

Oh yeah i forgot> GWB wants to sell us out. He made a deal with Vincente Fox. Amnesty and guest worker program for oil exploration in mexico(etc)

Bush and Fox are playing their roles building a Pan American state. Watch the progression as it goes into the new name change of "Free Trade Area of the Americas". With each name change, such trade and immigration barriers will be revamped, and down the road the first elements of political union will begin. You will see a similar progression of the Asian Pacific Rim bloc known as the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, or APEC.

In addition to all the attention CNN, Fox, ABC, NBC etc give you on this subject .....

"Towards One Community: Meet the Challenge and Make the Change", is the central theme for APEC 2005, which will be hosted by the Republic of Korea.

"... Meet the Challenge and Make the Change!" - they make it sound fun! Or perhaps it is more of a "or else ..." ;) I wonder what the advertizing is going to sound like tailored for the American market to sell the idea to the average American.

Those clever Build-our-Burgers even got all their African client states in on the act now that they have some of the more troublesome little freelancers out of the way ......
