(TX) Texas is No. 1 when it comes to guns

Whoo Hooo!! Hey, if I start a firearms manufacturing company in Texas, and sell only within Texas, (looks like a pretty big market, hell, I ain't greedy!) is it still interstate commerce, or can I tell the feds to go pi$$ up a rope?

Everyone's got to be # 1 at something.
I recently learned at a seminar that my state, Oklahoma, is # 1 at locking up non-violent women felons, which basically means formula stealers, hot check writers and women who help out in their boyfriend's drug business.
