I commonly dress in similar attire you described. I've used a Galco "deep cover" holster that allows me to tuck in my button down shirt over the holster. This is using an officers model 1911. I have NO problems hiding the gun this way and is plenty comforable. That Kahr will be much small and lighter and probably even more comfortable. I'm about 5'10" and 180#. I have a Milt Sparks Versa Max on the way 
Although I think the appearance of 2 belt loops sticking out will be a bit more conspicous.
Speaking of which You might want to think about the Milt Sparks watch six. I think they will print less without the belt loops if you get the talon clips.
