Trouble setting up Dillon XL650 in 9mm

Then you should be in good shape....load up 100 rds or so ...and go to the range and let us know how it works out...

It looks like there might be too much crimp. Keep an eye out for that, it can cause all kinds of issues, especially if your cases are too long for some reason.
The case gauge is a great tool but it won't tell you everything, (like an over-crimped cartridge).
I just use the crimp die to make sure the bell is gone, very very light crimp. On my cases that are a couple hundredths shorter, they don't even touch the crimp die.
9mm does not need a whole lot of crimp if at all (per Hornady manual, 9th ed. pg.769).
