In general, I would not be able to. A court decision in one State is not precedent in another.
 
Since jimpeel said, "I'll be entering the belly of the Beast tomorrow [8/27/2012]" then all points made here are now moot.

Also since this thread has gotten very contentious, posts deleted, etc., there is no good reason to continue the discussion that overrides the need to maintain sensibilities, decorum, and a modicum of good will.
