I just saw those pics you linked to... Gut-wrenchingly sad, they are. Makes me very very glad that the animal who did that to those people is dead and burning.

For the record, I don't care if he made the blind see (if you even believe that his "work" since then has kept kids from following in his despicable footsteps). He was 25 years overdue to pay for what he had already done.

Hopefully some demon has a 12 gauge shotgun and is blowing his eyes out of his head now, and again, for all time.

Or something like that.

Hey, he did it, now he's paid.
How about writing a book about that?
How about a Nobel Peace Prize nomination for me for informing kids throughout America that IF YOU MURDER, YOU WILL DIE IN PRISON!!!
Ever consider where the profits from his book went?
Wanna bet they went to some of the protesters outside the prison?
"I'm a publisher of crap, if he dies, there goes my paycheck, now i can sue the state for destroying my livelihood!"
ANY OF THE PROFITS FROM HIS BOOKS GO TO THE VICTIMS?
Of course not! He said he "wasn't culpable".
Did the victim's family hear him "gurgle" his last breaths?
Did they laugh about it as he did?
So far no riots. Maybe the Tookie supporters weren't as numerous and angry as the media would've led everyone to believe! "Darn it! There goes my minutes of fame! I wanted to be imbedded with the Crips while they were going looting and shooting Korean shopowners in the name of justice!"

I thought it was illegal to burn the american flag in public like that in this country. If they don't like the laws here, they can go live in cuba or somewhere and see how much freedom they have. (Could have used much stronger words but what's the point. I feel sickened people can gun someone down on the street for looking at someone the wrong way, but someone burns a flag like that and nothing happens to him, it's just a sign of how more and more cowards are becoming the norm in society).

I'm extremely shocked that there was no rioting.

I was expecting significant rioting in LA and gangland retaliation against anything resembling authority in Miami, New York, Detroit, Chicago and other cities.

I am pleased, but shocked.

"I'm extremely shocked that there was no rioting."

The execution was a complete non-event. Except for a few racists like Jesse Jackson, and a few teary-eyed do-gooders like Mike Farrell, people around the country recognized Williams as a worthless POS who deserved to die for his vicious crimes.
