Time to replace my g19

I own about them all. The Walther PPQ is a evolution higher than everything else. Its really that good. It will make a good shooter a great shooter and a great shooter look very impressive.

I have had several 1000s of rounds from junk to many +p. I have NEVER had a failure. Never.

It depends on where you live. The G19 is slightly cheaper to defend in court as it is legally a double action. The XDS is legally a single action. If you live in a rational state like Idaho, this won't matter. I live in CA, so it matters.
 
I'm not sure I follow you on that. I may not be aware of what the difference you are pointing out is. Can you elaborate?
 
Well they both fit like a glove. I have 2 hands so I need 2 gloves:D Be picking them both up tomorrow:cool:. I want to thank all you guys for your help;)
 
Old post I know but I just sold my Springfield XD40 and bought a Walther PPQ 40 with a 5" barrel. Just wanted to say thanks again to those who suggested it. With out you guys I never would have known what a pistol should be :cool:
 
Hellsbells...fix the Glock if you shoot it well. If you just want a different gun, go for it. Fixing the middle finger pinch is a 5 minute fix and no, you don't need a Dremel. 120 grit wet or dry sandpaper then graded down to 400 grit. I did wife's G19 and G23 and you can't tell it was done from external appearances. It's good enough to look 'stock' for any competition event if you are so inclined. As to Glock's being 'crap'...hell, it's the first of the plastic pistols and better than most. Rod...
 
Rodfac Didn't like the way the glock felt simple as that. Why carve up a pistol in hopes you like it? The Walters is much nicer to me. The out of the box trigger on the Walter is second to none. Shoots like a dream it was the right choice for me and many others. BTW glock was not the first as you call it plastic which I call polymer pistol. That is a myth my friend. ;) That honor goes to Heckler & Koch VP70 if I am correct :cool:
 
Mrdaputer likes the Walther so much, he calls it "walter". :D
I like that. Truth be told Walter has made me a better shooter. I think it's the superb trigger. Now if only my Ruger and XD could do that I would have it made;)
