Sorry, but the terms "USUALLY excellent" and "Geraldo (Rivera)" are mutually exclusive.

Yeah, I was trying to remember a time that he was ever on the side of gunowners. being on FOX does not make one a conservative, and in fact, they go out of their way to make sure liberals are represented on their network.

I used to live in Kansas City over 20 years ago and remember Geraldo being in town as part of a series on, I believe, gang violence. He showed pictures of sidewalk markings he said were "gang signs" that were marks left by workers from Kansas City Power and Light.

I remember this dufus from the 60's. He was a jerk then and is still the same. Never got his facts straight. Remember Big Al's Vault??? Same as this.

Geraldo is an old coot, over 70, but he graduated law school in 1969 and got his start in media in 1970. But, he is nauseating to watch -- one can't stray far from one's vomitorium while he is broadcasting. Likely Fox News's worst hire.

I have wondered all my life why a person would go through all the time, effort, rigors and money to graduate from law or medical school and then not do it? There is a sizable portion of both who are never practicing lawyers or doctors. Seems like a waste that could be better put to use elsewhere. Although I wouldn't want Gerardo as my lawyer in a murder trial.

As far as the story cited in the first post, are you not sure that they weren't speaking about the LEO ?

I suggest you read through the above stories and you will see it was the main officer involved in this case who had mental issues, had his guns confiscated and had 2 suspensions.

Freddy Gray had a minor run ins mostly involving drugs and low level crimes/

uuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmm didnt Ruger make a limited run of Vaquero in 40 cal

Yes. They made a run of convertible Vaqueros chambered for 38-40 with an extra cylinder chambered for 40 S&W.

I have not bothered watching Geraldo since I realized he was more of a showman than a journalist back in the 1970s.

OK, this has been wavering all over the place, and it's barely about revolvers, with a lot of angst thrown in...

I think it's run its course.
