Driftwood, that is awesome. That Henry is definitely on my list to get and maybe the very next rifle I buy.
Guy's I have 5 Marlins and my Love even for the Remlins is greater than any other rifle. I want an 1894C in .357 but I could not find one so I bought this Henry.
Let me tell you guy's a little about the Henry company. No they are not the original Henry, they are a modern made rifle looking a little like the Henry of old. They are very well made and the company is a very good company.
I have two Henry's with 0 regrets. In-fact I am only 5' 5" so my length of pull is smaller than most. I can shoot a regular length rifle no problem but on the my Golden Boy I wanted a youth but stock. Called the company and was told they would be $60 dollars. Emailed the President of the company and asked if I could trade my new never shot stock in on a youth stock and he said NO that he would just sent me a youth stock. I have talked to the company reps a couple of times and they are very customer oriented.
They are great rifles, but I still Love my Marlins. The Henry's are all American made everything and have a lifetime warranty. Mine shoots dead on smooth action and what is not to like about a well made company like Henry. I would buy another in a Hart Beat.

Looks good! Do those Henry's have coated brass that resists tarnishing?

Personally I think the sort of "matte" aged brass look is very nice.
