Yup AFS, that was my whole point.
RICO was supposed to be solely for organized crime, but over the years became a tool to get the little guys. The ones who couldn't afford high priced attorneys. The enforcement agencies found that the forfeiture laws worked real well as a money maker....
Now we have the PATRIOT Act, with which we were told the same lies. Apparently.

As an R&D engineer and scientist, you do NOT want to get me started about how Prohibition II has completely stripped enterprising individuals of the ability to develop new products cheaply and independently.
The population of this country is woefully lacking in so many of the basic principles of scientific reasoning. I'm not an engineer but as a student of a few different sciences it disturbs me when I see a gross lack of critical thinking in so many aspects of our society.As an R&D engineer and scientist
