I wouldn't go THAT far. I think it's more like people like FREE. :D It's all fun, no matter why they enter. I like reading the different entries. There are some creative ones in here.

Merry Christmas to you all. Thanks for your kindness Sarge43 and TFL staff. I was trying to decide what gun to get myself for Christmas. I always wait until after Christmas to get myself something,since the wife and kids will be taken care of. If I'm selected, I will get a 1911, otherwise I'll pickup the FNP-45. Either way, I still win!
 
Oh, so you're trying to blackmail me into having you win the grips? If you don't win, then you won't get a 1911? Wow man, that's a lot of pressure on me. I hate seeing people pass by the best in their search for what's right.....:eek::D

Merry Christmas free grips give away

It would be wonderful if Santa sent me a set of grips that fit my 1911 for Christmas. I want to make him feel welcome so I am leaving him some 18 yr old scotch and some fine cigars. (Hope that works)!:)

I've been a good boy all year long and I have a Spinfield GI 1911 with UGLY grips and would love a replacement! GIMME, GIMME, GIMME!.. Er, I mean, please consider me. :)
