The historical application of the 2nd amendment to felons

Let's amend the three strikes law. On the third violent felony, mandatory death sentence with no appeal. Harsh? Yes. But I betcha he commits no more crimes. A repeat violent offender is like having cancer. If you have cancer, you have it removed. Crime is a cancer on our society. Remove it.
