I'm a relatively new collector so there's kind of a long list. My most drool worthy though are:

HK P7M8
Wilson Combat CQB
S&W M327 Night Guard
Walther PPS 9mm (not available in California)

I'd like to get a .454 with a 4'' . I haven't seen any in that length though. The short .454 seem like they would have a mean kick.
 
Without seeming too pedantic, if you use a firearm for SD, then you had better already have "the gun you must have" - in other words, if you haven't selected properly, then you have problems.

Only two guns come to mind for me. A Colt Delta Elite 10mm or a Colt Gold Cup in .45ACP.

Which is why I bought one of each years ago :D
 
well...... lets see..........

at the moment, the guns at the top of my "must buy soon" list include such products as:

RUGER SP101 .357
NAA GUARDIAN (have yet to decide between .32NAA or .380)
SOME NEW 1911 (either a SPRINGER or a COLT)
and a new GLOCK (either 29 or 33)

Well I kind of have 3 that I am debating between getting next they are all ones that I really want:

HK USPc .45 acp

Kimber Pro Carry II .45 acp

and a

Walther p99 9mm

I guess it all depends on what kind of deals I find when I am shopping around for my next gun.
 
I would love to find any of these (in no particular order):

SIG P210
Colt Python pre 1970 with a 4 in barrel
Colt diamondback 22 with 2.5 in barrel
S&W pre war registered magnum 5 in
S&W 627-5 with good grips

Of course none of these are especially rare, I just want to find them for the right price. These guns are all valuable and I'm more of a bargain hunter.
