The Glock 18

My last purchase was from a class 3 dealer. FWIW, he told me 2 G18's were made/slipped in under/or otherwise legal per the 1986 law. I forget his exact wording.

According to him one was made available some time ago and brought over $150,000. Dunno if its tue but thought I'd share.

It was originally developed at the request of the Austrian counter-terrorist unit EKO Cobra
Several branches of the Austrian Executive use the Glock 18 today.

That's the forward grip that was formerly attached to the Glock.
The Glock 18 doesn't have a forward grip and is not designed for one. It has a dust-cover-rail for lights. Some aftermarketers make grips for that rail, but the rail wasn't built for that, so these grips are pure nonsense (as you can see on the video above).

Here's a gentleman who shows how to handle a Glock 18 in slow motion:

And this gentleman handles two G18s well:

And here you can see the cadence well:

He is wrong. It has been illegal to import machineguns for civilians since the 1968 Gun Control Act was passed. From 1968 to 1986, machineguns could only be manufactured inside the US for civilian use.

Completely false. There is no Glock 18 that was made before 1986. The weapon wasn't designed yet nor even in a prototype. Furthermore, the Glock 18 (all of them) are made outside the country, therefore subject to the GCA of 1968 which banned imported machine guns for civilian possession. Only SOTs and government/LE can possess them.

Your dealer is full of BS.
