Well I wanted to end this debate finally once and for all. So if you won't tell anyone, here is what I did.
Went out today and shot 6 people just to see what would happen. Here are the results.
1. First victim weighed 233 lbs. and I shot him with a SIG P220 .45 ACP using 230 gr. JHP. After two rounds to the torso he looked at me and then got angry. Took 4 shots to stop him.
2. Second victim weighed 193 and was shot with a Beretta 92FS 9mm using +p+p++pp ammo. After the first 15 zipped right through the guy I changed mags then one to the head did him in.
3. Third victim weighed 328 and was shot with a Hi Power .40 s&w using 180 gr. jhp ammo. Handloads of course. Three rounds to his torso stopped said victim.
4. Fourth victim weighed in at 161 and was shot using a Ruger MKII using cheap Wal-Mart brick ammo. After two complete magazines the victim came running towards me and it was only the loss of blood from the 20 holes in his arms, legs and belly that allowed me to outrun him. I'm writing this in hiding.
5. Fifth victim weighed 217 and was shot with a Vaquero .45LC, quick draw was utilized, and one shot was used to knock the gun from his hand then the next one to the heart totally dispathed him as the wisps of smoke curled from the barrell of the gun....
6. Sixth victim weighed 288 and was shot using a Glock 26 with cheap K-Mart ammo. After emptying three shots to the chest, three to his left arm, one to his left leg, two to the right arm and two to his head he came screaming at me with a crowbar. Didn't have time to reload so I took aim and threw the plastic peacemaker at him. Just like David and Goliath, no kidding. Dead as a stone.
Now if my personal study isn't clear to all of you experienced professionals and it doesn't answer all of your questions, I don't know what will.
