The day to day realities of CCW

He he we must have posted at the same time George...
Actually, I AM outta here in Dec. - Jan. and I can't wait. As to CCW between I have decided I'll play it safe and eschew packin' for now. That's all I need, a felony conviction and my guns taken away *just* before I move to a free(er) state.

the only wallet holsters that are restricted (retch) are the ones that the gun can be fired while it is still in the wallet/holster. they rationale is it is like a cane gun or a briefcase gun. i.e. a gun that does not look like a gun. were that line is really at only the d*mn ATBF knows for sure. the pocket holster is one of the best ways to carry a true pocket gun.
i used a .38 airweight in a Kramer pocket holster to advert a carjacking/robbery attempt only weeks after our N.C. CCW law went in. the motion of reaching for a pocket holstered gun in your hip pocket is natural when you have been told to produce your wallet. it only took a moments distraction, (throwing my car keys on the hood of my car), to have time to draw and well end the situation. nuff said.

Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what is for lunch.
Liberty is a well armed lamb contesting the outcome of the vote.
Let he that hath no sword sell his garment and buy one. Luke 22-36
They all hold swords, being expert in war: every man hath his sword upon his thigh because of fear in the night. Song of Solomon 3-8
The man that can keep his head and aims carefully when the situation has gone bad and lead is flying usually wins the fight.
