Texas Voters in Dallas pass anti-ILLEGAL Immigrant rule

Actually, I have a better (an more honest answer) for you. And that is that your rights end at my body, my family, and my property. If you dump those pesticides on your property and they pollute my property, the town water supply, or any other area other than YOUR property..then you are liable to civil action..and the penalties are sure to be steep enough to ensure that YOU never do such a thing again..and give others pause before they do such a thing.

Don, I hate HOAs..but at least they are a voluntary contract in so much as if you don't like the rules or just plain don't want to belong to an HOA..pick somewhere else to live. (unless of course the HOA is created AFTER you move in..then you are screwed!)

Just like jumping across the border and deciding to live in this town. It's a choice, no one is forcing them to live there and if they already live there, to use your words they are screwed. Think of it as one large hoa.;)

That is exactly the point! This country is created on the precept that you and I as its citizens agree to abide by rules (sometimes even to our own personal “pain”) in order to maintain a more successful society. Illegals choose to ignore those rules for their own personal gain. And even more repugnant, illegals ignore the rules of our society over and over again. They obtain fraudulent documents. They knowingly work for wages lower than the law allows. They drive without proper insurance, or licensing. I could go on, but I imagine you get my point. Lets use your HOA example. If a HOA exist, and I squat on some property within that location, without properly obtaining that property, and build a house and live in it, is that HOA within their rights to eject me? Of course they are! It matters not how beautiful the house is that I build or how much benefit I bring to the HOA, they have every right to remove me for my unlawful acquisition of the property and benefits of the HOA.

That is exactly what is happening here. And even more to the point, these “squatters” are not improving our society, but bringing it down. And even worse in my eyes, they are attempting to use their excessive numbers to attempt to force the “HOA” to give them membership.

Rule won't stand...Uncle Sam will step on it like the cockroach that rule is...yes...when states or local governments can't do the right thing by their people, they deserve to be tromped on by Tio Sam.

Its been the talk of the town on talk radio here in the TX area for about a year now.

There will be a judge who stops it for now, I'll bet - there are already several law suits filed challenging it.

"Bust some high profile employers and banks. Watch illegal imiigration dry up."

The problem with that is that it makes too much sense, therefore we know it will never happen.
