Slick 50 has an all in one spray lube that is better than anything I have found and it is cheap. You can find it at most auto supply stores. Makes metal surfaces feel like glass. Tetra is good, just pricey. I like Breakfree better of the two, but for lubing, this Slick 50 rules.
