How is this discussion relavent to firearms and appropriate for the board?
The guns were the stars. The shows were made in a time when Hollywood portrayed guns as a means to mead out justice and protect the innocent. A time when school children would lie in front of the set wearing their cap guns while watching the latest exploits of their heros and dream of the day they would own the real thing. A time before political correctness.

Anyone else stand poised in front of the set waiting to test their own "fast draw" skills against the T.V. hero? Anyone else not out grow that? :)
