Taurus model 82

I'm a sucker for those old Taurus revolvers. I never keep them long, but then, I'm just a gun trader by nature. I don't keep many of them before something else catches my eye, and I'm off to sell/trade something. Those Taurus revolvers make great trade bait. I've had an 80, 82, 85, 66, 65, 94, and 96 at one time or another over the years. They all worked just fine, although I can't say I really "tortured" any of them.

The 82 I mentioned earlier I did shoot pretty hard for a couple of years though. I had managed to scrounge up a couple hundred pieces of 38 brass. I had one of those little Lee "wack a mole" reloading kits. I'd reload that brass during the week, then shoot it up at the range over the weekend, then rinse and repeat the process. Those were fun days.

I'd say you got a good deal. Now enjoy it as much as I did the one I had.
