Tampa intruder shot dead, is called "ill"

If Metz was trying to scare her, he did a heckuva good job. So good in fact, that Pittaras reasonably believed her life was endangered and was therefore justified in applying deadly force. As a survivor, I hope Pittaras receives the support she so warmly deserves.

Notice the "Survivor" mentality going on here.
The article talks about "Mr. Happy Go-lucky" and the social "enigma".
Then you have little Miss Denial going on about:''Why would a married man with kids pick that particular house?'' Maurice Sanders asked.
``There has to be more to it than anyone is saying. He was the nicest guy in the world and
wouldn't hurt anyone. Maybe he was just trying to scare her.''

Bull&*^%!!! Mr Happy here was Psychotic, and Popular. But he got "Voted off the Island" by this young lady and the 2nd Amendment.

In reply to the "meds" issue. These drugs are so readily accepted and taken as being safe but are they? In the past a "depressed" person wasn't as likely to commit these types of crimes. Also, the side effects are not known or are flatly denied. I did a little research of my own when my mother was taking them prior and during a stroke. She didn't go gunnin' for folks but had other side effects, chalked up as part of the stroke. Well come to find out a lot of people have drastic problems taking these drugs. I think there is a big shove from the shrink and pharmacy industry to get everyone taking these drugs no matter how minor the problem. And people want their "happy pill". I know of several people that these pills have caused more problems than they've helped. I am starting to think it's some kind of conspircy. How many people can stop taking them once they've started. When my mother had a stroke, went in a nursing home, suffered terribly from "modern medicine" and died I thought maybe therepy would help me. The first thing they say is that you are depressed, have a "chemical imbalence" and "need medication to ever be right again". I wasn't any more depressed than anyone else in the same situation and did not want their "medication". Long story short, I got on with my life after a grieving process, something that for some reason we cannot go through now without "medication" and mourn the loss of the money I spent on these messed up wachos that have so many of their own problems that I don't think they are capable of helping anyone else. I'm glad I listened to that "inner voice"
