I took it to mean efficient from a size standpoint, ie - more efficient packaging as the LED lights seem to be smaller than the incandescent lights for the same output (maybe that's just my imagination). My bad.

F fisherman66 New member Jun 26, 2008 #23 No bad taken. Size is a "small" issue too. Add to that the throw is increased with smaller reflectors due to the footprint of the LED.
