What trial? The law says that I may use deadly force to defend against forcible robbery.

Are you actually arguing that a gun stuck in your face during a robbery does not justify you feeling a deadly threat to your life has been made, and an appropriate response that may include drawing and firing your own weapon to end the threat?? :rolleyes:


I...I have to ask: under what circumstances would you fire on someone, gfen? Do bullets have to be flying your way?! :eek:
