PS. Since I don't have a camera, the picture is taken from the web- I don't own it.

Year round, I rotate between these guns most frequently (pictured from smallest to largest):

S&W 642, .38 Special, pocket gun. Sometimes carried as a primary, often as a BUG:

Lately, I've been carrying the 642 most often, though most of the time as a BUG to one of the other three. My favorite gun to carry is the Model 28, as I shoot it better than any other.

Summer is here.

What is this "Summer"?

We have:
Winter, Still Winter, Mosquito, Almost Winter.

And I am still wondering why they put the "blue" section on the heater controls in my rigs? And some sort of compressor under the hood to make "colder" air. Why in the world would we want colder air; some sort of sick puppy to put that under the hood!

If I showed you a picture, it would not be concealed any longer! You know the same ones that I carry pretty much during all of the Winter seasons, and in Mosquito also Colt 1911s.

Depends on where I am at the time. Up on the mountain, it's usually the Ruger 45 and Browning 45-70.

Sometimes the Smith 29,

Out in more open areas, like up here above treeline (about 10,000 ft el) I take the Winchester model 71,

When grouse season cames around, I take the 71 with light round ball loads, backed with a full magazine of Barnes 250 gr loads, or a Model 94 with light loads, backed up with a full magazine of 170 gr loads. Here's the 94 with a couple grouse.

The bears (grizzlies) have been increasing in numbers, and therefore range. I always take a 44 or 45 Colt along everywhere. Both work just peachy with birdshot loads for rattlesnakes also. Been carrying a scoped '06 more in summer also, instead of the 94 Winchester.

One of these two always seems to be on my hip. There are others in the fold, but these two account for 95%. A Bill Wilson Carry and a Dan Wesson CCO.
