About 10 yrs. ago while small game hunting, one of the guys in our group lets out this blood curdling scream and comes running down towards me out of a thick patch of woods. I asked him what the he@#$ happened. To which he replied, "I just saw this big @##$$%^ing snake!!!". I asked where his gun was. I found out he threw his beautiful Ithaca 37 12Ga. shotgun up in the air and ran away from the snake. I told him to go get his gun himself or we would leave him there. Thankfully, he moved away a few years later.
