Stuck nipple

I have never had a stuck nipple. But I remove them all every time I clean the gun and coat them with oil after they are clean. I put them back in fairly tight too, I don't want them shooting loose.

There is a product called "Eel Skid" that will loosen up any stuck thread. It is very expensive but a small drop on any stuck part and in 15 minutes that part will back out without effort. We used it in the Rocket industry at Aerojet Liquid Rocket Company. It is hard to find, and very expensive but it WILL work.
:)

Thanks for the advice. I'll give them a try. In the meantime, I went ahead and bought a spare cylinder so I can keep on shooting.

Anyone have this happen and know a way to remove the nipple
Get yourself a 1/4x7/32 socket preferably deep ...take a dremel and cut a slot in the socket to match the cone or nipple you are trying to remove. I carry mine in my possibles bag with a 1/4 breaker bar. Jus' make yer own and know what ya got.
And or one of the other referances... I like the one Sundance got.
