Glock had a similar problem when the 21 first came out. Mine would break an extractor every 150-200 rounds. The spent case was binding against the slide while the extractor held it and the ejector hit it. The pistol was sent to Glock to have the ejection port modified in conjunction with a new style extractor. After that it ran like a champ.

I also had an early 21, and after shooting 60-70 rounds through it- the gun was like an AMT Automag (Jammed like crazy), might have just been my 21- but she didn't like being dirty (oh, I clean my guns after every outing, so the gun was clean to begin with).
