I emailed them to complain and to their credit I actually got a real response back with the name and number of someone real to talk to if I had any more questions. I might not agree with them but it is refreashing to know they will at least respond to critisim (sp) most of the time when i complain or state my opinion I am pretty sure it gets trashed after the second sentance.
