speedloaders

I have both the HKS and the Safariland. I started with HKS and am extremely pleased with their performance and operation. The police force I am on issued revolvers when I started and also issued Safariland speed loaders. I became very familiar with them and appreciate their performance. Both are great for the purpose. Of the two I prefer the HKS because I am more familiar with them and they are the ones I have the most experience with.
 
I've used both but prefer the Safariland. As you can see, both brands have their fans. Get a couple of both, learn their operation, use them some then decide.
 
I really like 5-Star, very light and simple. I have at least one for every revolver size I own.

But it's the only one I've tried, and I have no basis for comparison.
 
I carry hks, and know fully well that I'd better do the job in those first six. It's not like changing magazines. If you are carrying for defense, get spring loaded.
