Something is wrong

Thanks to everyone for the help, after checking everyones suggestion I have found that the rear screw that holds the action to be loose. it is not loose enough to be noticeable but if you squeeze the rear of the action and stock together it will compress and the screw was not tight at all. I will check it again at the range to see if that actually is the issue, I am hesitant as it is hardly noticeable. again thanks everyone.

The caliber does have some recoil which can cause the receiver screws to loosen, I noticed you said you fired 50 rounds prior to hunting. I had same problem with one gun and it does not take much to open groups up, I simply used some blue locktite.

What happened?

As I read this thread I was betting on: 1, action screws loose? 2, Crown nicked?
wonder what happened, has not got out shooting or tightened screws fixed the problem?
