So what's your shotguns PRIMARY use?

Mossberg 590A1 is for home defense. However, I have used it for trap/skeet shooting.

CZ 75B and Springfield XD are for on-your-body defense.

AK 47 for when the cra- really hits the fan.

Marlin 336 is the AKs backup.

Backing them all up is a Ruger 10/22.

You should have an option for "skeet/sporting clays."

Have not been hunting small game much in the last 10-years, so I got rid of my sporting shotguns. I still have a 12ga 870 police that can be used for sporting purposes. I doubt it would be used for anything other than deer. But if I got back into that form of hunting, I'd buy a new shotgun or two. So at present, home defense is this gun's primary purpose.

My 870 is for HD. The 410 was inherited.

I use a Miroku under and over (pump and semi auto are banned in Australia) primarily for clay shooting but it does get a good workout in Duck season. Its also shot its fair share of rabbits and foxes aswell.

Well let's see, I've never fired a HD shotgun in anger, so my most used shotgun must be one of the others. Hmmm, could be the SX-2 camo duck gun. No, it's the 28 ga. O/U.

Of course, I'm in the camp with those who believe that any 12 ga. makes a good HD shotgun.
