Got plans for 2012 purchases?
Here's mine.
Ruger LCR 357
Ruger LC9
Charter Arms Bulldog
Taurus 992 Tracker 22/22Mag convertible (I know, DON'T SAY IT!!!)
More barrels for my T/C contender.
 
Rifles, mostly. ;)

But, these are at the top of the handgun list:
Browning 1911-22
Ruger Bearcat (been waiting 2 years to get my hands on one in Stainless - the runs are just too small :()
LC9 (maybe)
Sig P238HD
Taurus M327 (so cheap, I'm amazed I haven't gotten one yet)
Coonan ;)
 
I hate to call it my short list because I've been waiting since ordering one April of 2011, but maybe, just maybe my Ruger SR1911 will come in this year.
 
Handguns:

Browning Buckmark Camper
Kahr CM9 or Beretta Nano (want to check out the Nano before making a choice)

Longguns:

Mossberg 535
Ruger 10/22 Carbine

That's about the only things I can afford realistically this year.

Getting one of my Chuck Daly Mauser actions built into a 9.3x62mm Mauser.
 
S&W model 27, 28 or 686 with 4" barrel. Been on a revolver kick for a while and really "need" a good service style revolver. Just some sort of cool factor to them.

Another AR or maybe a VZ 58. I miss having a tacticool rifle to plink with.

And at some point in the near future the misses is getting her CPL and is going to want her own pistol, so that will probably be all my buys for the year.

I may go Walther PPS, Maybe LC9, Maybe Sig 239. Im not sure yet, but the short answer is a CC worthy 9mm.
 
If we get a carry law in Illinois this year - either the Rohrbaugh R9 or the Kahr PM9 (possibly the CM9) although I'm leaning toward the Rohrbaugh..

Last year I added 4 handguns to the collection. This year, looking at my first ARs. Hopefully one 5.56 and one 7.62 if I can swing the $. Torn between PWS & Larue (without opening the DI vs. piston can of worms in this thread!).
 
Crossbreed Supertuck holster for sure.

9mm Browning HP or CZ 75B (whichever strikes my fancy at the time of $$).
AR15 of some variant.
45 Colt sa revolver (probably Ruger) or lever action rifle (whichever strikes my fancy at the time of $$).

Of the guns, it is impossible to say which one I want the most.

NAA .22 short,,,don't know why but who needs a reason?
The year has just begun and there is a show this coming weekend so something on the list is going to be had,,,,:).

Ohyeah,,,not really a firearm but also,,,
RWS 34 Pro compact or a RWS 350 Feuerkraft,,,whichever comes first.
