So Is .357 Sig Only Being Shot For FUN ??

What'd you say? :)

I've been to an indoor range where some of the fast 9mm and .40 S&W loads sounded just as obnoxious as the 357 Sig. Another way to look at it is that the 357 Sig did not sound any worse than these hot 9mm and .40 rounds did. In fact, I thought they were shooting a 357 Sig until I asked.

As for flash, there are low flash 357 Sig rounds that are very mellow, especially when compared to the flash of a 357 Magnum revolver.

I don't want to hear any laughter when I relate my tale. I ordered a conversion unit for my Glock 27 from CDNN for $59.00. It came, it droped in, I had one bauble in the first 50 rounds. I am due to take it back for another trial but my impressions were positive except for two. What were these two negatives? I thought it would kick more and roar more! This cartridge in a Glock 27 is great. I wish I had bought Bars-to barrels in 9mm and 357 as I would be further into Hog Heaven. Regards, Richard.
