Jerry, just compare the skin color of most American "Blacks" to real Africans. Africans are (generally) much blacker than Americans.

Wanna know why US "Blacks" are lighter than most Africans?
Go find some really old slave auction price sheets. Slaves were graded by color. Lighter skinned were considered more suitable for "house work" and other high-visibility locations, and brought more money. Therefore slave owners had a financial incentive to breed with their own slaves and sell their own children for profit. White overseers were also encouraged to "improve the stock".
Most "blacks" in the US are at least 50% European.

As to the relevence to RKBA: well lesse now. I live in a town with a high black population, Pittsburg California. Like the other towns of that type in my county (Contra Costa), my town has been blanket-excluded from all possibility of CCW permit issuance by my Sheriff.
So I don't consider the link between race and gun control "theoretical".
All of the big cities with the most extreme gun control have high minority populations: NYC, Chicago, DC, LA, Detroit, etc. That's not an accident.
