So i started carrying my PCR as my EDC. gotta say i love this gun. Love everything about it. Love the way it looks, shoots , points... everything. I love it so much i want to buy it some gifts. Lol. Im looking hard at new grips. Im really leaning towards VZ or LOK in the G10 material. After the grips, thinking about some internal love from CGW... Any suggestions. Also I really wanna see everyone elses CZ. please post your favorite CZ pistol, or pistols. Especially with custom grips. Here she is...

Been carrying a P07 for the last 6 months IWB in a crossbreed super tuck, love the gun and holster. Just received my 75bd back from CGW with sights upgraded. CZs are a work of art.

I have no pics of my three CZ's loaded in Photobucket, but I love mine. I have a CZ 75 Compact in 9mm, a CZ Rami 9mm, and a CZ clone by Tanfogllio, a Witness 45 full size. Great guns.

Waiting on my SP01 to be delivered to LGS. I shot my sons P01, and im hooked. Fits my hand better than any other gun. Dare I say, even better than my beloved 1911's.

I have a CZ70 and a CZ83. I also have full-sized Tanfoglio clones in 9mm and 45acp. They are favs of mine.

Hint: If you like 380acp service pistols, the CZ83 is my favorite of many.

Whats the difference between the 2075 RAMI BD and the PCR?

I'm really about to pull the trigger on buying a RAMI to replace a Shield for my CCW and wanted to know the difference.

Been carrying and shooting a P-07 exclusively for about 2 years now. I've got around 7K through the gun (I think) about now with no issues to note. It's insanely accurate. A friend of mine was recently able to wrangle a 1.5" 5 shot group from a bench at 25 yards with my P07. I tried and the best I could do was a shade under 4". Yeah, I'm not a bulls eye guy. But the gun is capable.

What I'm seeing is that we get different designations for CZ's compact handguns, is that correct?

Buds Gun Shop, says in the FAQ that guns labeled PCR, P-01, or 75 Compact D are all the same gun. It said that the factory has multiple designations for the same model. High demand in the U.S. means that we'll take overruns from other markets that we cannot get our hands on.

So my question is how does the CZ 2075 RAMI BD differ from the PCR/P-01/75 Compact D?

Sorry to hijack the CZ thread, but I've yet to have a CZ that I can post, I'm trying to resolve that soon.

I carry a P07 as well. I have had it for about 3 months and it is my favorite gun to carry in my Black Rhino Concealment holster.

Before that, I carried my 85b in an Aliengear IWB holster.

I wish CZ would make a single stack DA/SA pocket gun.

I have an SP-01 Urban grey that I have put LOK grips on. I went with the thin bogies which is exactly what i was looking for at the time, but I am thinking about buying some thicker ones here soon. LOK has great customer service and a really good product at a great price.

As for CGW I have the entire pro decocker package in it. AMAZING. The single action is amazing! But for a carry gun I wouldn't worry with the hammer. The RRK and SRS kits are well worth the money. I plan to do both on my p07 that I carry.

hope this helps!

I ordered a Kadet kit to go with my SP01 this morning. On another thread it seemed like most people like theirs. Any feedback from the CZ guys.

Bud's is wrong. A little bit.

The PCR is labelled as the "CZ 75 D PCR Compact" on the CZ website. So the PCR is in fact the 75 Compact D as Bud's said.

But the P-01 has a different shape to the front of the frame. It has a Pictish rail out there so is a much more square shaped pistol. Otherwise, it is the same as the PCR.

I have this crazy urge to get a PCR just to compare the balance to my P-01.

@Bart Noir - thank you for the clarification, good to know.

I just wish CZ made a single stack PCR, I'm having reservations on whether I'll be happy with any of the CZ offerings for IWB carry.

Isn't the P01 also constructed of a lighter alloy than the others?

It definitely costs more and is harder to find, and has the hype of extensive NATO testing.

Awesome replies guys...keep them coming. Especially the pics. Found this pic on the web... i HAVE to have these grips...beautiful

I have the 75D PCR, 75B, 75 Pre-B (round trigger guard, spur hammer, no firing pin block), the 97B, and the wonderful Kadet Kit .22LR conversion unit.

The "PCR" is the CZ-75D (lightweight alloy framed compact) here in the U.S., but the P-01 (lightweight alloy framed compact with rail) is sold as the 75D in Europe, so there is some confusion. Some P-01's come here as 75D's to fulfill U.S. demand, but they were made for the Euro or other markets.
