Should I Buy It

Well after taking all of you Alls advice, I bought it. It was made in 2001. Looks
like it has been shot very little. If I do sell it I have 1,000 Hornady .457 balls
that will go with it. I 'm going to play with it for a while. It locks up as tight
as a vault

It does. I measured the chambers bu pushing a .465 ball in and removing the
nipple and tapping it back out. The chambers are .457 dia. A 457 Hornady
ball fits tight and leaves a flat ring around the ball. The Hornady balls are .
.458-.460 depending just where you measure them. The .465 cuts a big ring
of lead off and leaves a large flat ring around the ball. I think these were made
to shoot Hornady sweaggef balls. I have a 1000 of them. My CCI caps are a
perfect fit on the nipples. The nipples in the gun are some that ai have never
seen before. They are steel and have a very tiny flash hole like the Tesco's .
These have a shinny ring around them . Any of you know what they are. Did
they come from the factory like that.

Interesting. Mine takes Remington #10 caps. Just pulled a stock factory nipple on my "Shooters" revolver which I bought new from Cabela's in 2004 and here is what it looks like:
