Shoemaker's Stand - Part 2

I get the impression that this article is a mixed bag, and that the author is trying to stay in the middle of the issue. I think it's pretty wishy-washy of him, and represents one of the biggest reasons that we have come to this situation in the first place.

None are willing to take a firm, non-compromising stand against the infringements that have been imposed upon us.

And I certainly don't agree with this statement:
quote:
This is not to say that I agree with Shoemaker’s plans. In fact, his statements underscore the reasons that any existing “militia groups” should
disband themselves. Bad tactics. It’s a bad law in Illinois. Shoemaker’s way of dealing with it is even worse. And if his associates allow him to carry out this action (I hope they’re reading this,) they will live with being partly responsible for his imprisonment or death. (nope)[/quote]

I just heard that he had been arrested. Don't have confirmation yet, but will pots it when I get it.

Can you drop me an e-mail on that if and when you find it, SCR1?

I almost hope that they did. Time to buckle down, folks.

Can someone point me to part one of this? I searched, couldn't find it.
