Living in rural part of PA, the USPS often ignores my home address on mail and/or packages and delivers to my office, with sometimes my name not even being on the package, just my company's name. I have weighed postal payback about complaining and have decided to let it go, as the packages do reach me, but the USPS has taken liberties of where the delivery was made.
As an aside, at my plant, the delivery man is a dead ringer for "Newman" from the old Seinfeld comedy, and I am completely amazed at how much effort he puts into stuffing more packages into a rural delivery style mail box, than the interior can hold. Like Newman, the guy is too lazy to drive up to the door and walk the packages in (all of less than 10').
