Noted :) . My situation is quite different. Only load 30-30, 30-06, .45 Colt, .45 ACP, .44Mag, .44Spec, .357, 9mm, and .32 H&R Mag. Covers everything I'll ever reload for :) .

Color coding can work, but like you say it has to stay put. What I did stays on its own. I just needed something to help old eyes identify the markings already on them, and along came this permanent paint marker that fills labels stamped on the parts. It's called Meanstreak found at office supply stores. Applied then wiped off with Mineral Spirits rag. Shell holders were cold blued first for contrast.
