No properly informed person would speak of the Bill of Rights "GIVING" anyone anything. This moron does not even know how to properly phrase her lies! Anyone who is educated about the issue of constitutional rights knows that the BOR guarantees rights that are understood to have existed and been ours prior to their enumeration.

Agreed... the lady tipped her hand right there - by speaking of rights as though they are a synonym for "privileges".
