Sorry for taking so much time to reply as we have been moving but I did go to range yesterday.
I mounted a 2.5x8 Leo on the 77 Ruger it had more then enough adjustment and was sighted in. So I took it off and remounted the 3.5 X 10 Leo same issue it will not adjust far enough to the right. I then remounted the 2.5X8 resighted it so its ready for deer hunting. I guess the 2.5X8 will be just fine for this years hunt.
