S&B Pistol primers any good?

Some buddies tried them....and had 4 or 5 misfires per 1,000.... ( and they're experienced loaders ) all use Dillon presses so it wasn't a high primer probably.../ but they commented they did not seat without some issues - hanging up a little while seating & crushed a few in seating...../ so I wouldn't recommend them ...and you're only saving $7 or $8 a 1,000....

I load at least 30,000 rds of handgun ammo a yr / CCI and Win primers and I don't remember the last misfire I had ( if any ) in last 15 yrs ....
 
I also bought several thousand SP and SP during the Cabela's sale. They have all gone off. I did find they were a tight fit and needed to be seated very firmly. Knowing that not one issue.
