G Gunplummer New member Sep 1, 2010 #22 Noelf2 No, a Turkish 8mm barrel on a type 99 Arisaka, and recut to 8MMx 54R. I tried a lot of loads and it was hardly adequate @ 100 yards. About a 3 shot group in 2 1/4 inches.
