Ruling: Quick Word from Phoenix re Maddi-Griffin Case

The ATF hasn't fought a battle on a broad front yet.

What in the world makes you think they will do this now?

They have their list. They can now pretty much make the front come to them.

Once they get the conviction that is pretty much assured, it's a registration/confiscation thing for the 3000.

The 3000 only need not know something and they will at some point become defacto federal felons, without a trial. Unable to own or even hold a firearm again.

NRA,
"Enforce the laws on the books"

Well, that is exactly what the ATF is doing. The fallout from this can go on for years and years.

Notice how on the Firearms side of the ATF, they fight one battle at a time, and almost always win without regard to how far they outright break the law? The law comes to them, not the otherway around.

This on the heels of the Waco decision.

RickD,

This is EXACTLY what project Exile and 500 new agents is EXACTLY about.

They won't out and out ban guns, not for a while yet, but they will raise the ownship bar so high that only Diane Feinstein can pass.
